• Late - due date is today or earlier; approval has not been given.
• Pending - due date is tomorrow or greater; contributed assets have not been approved yet.
• Current - due date is tomorrow or greater; no contributed assets. Complete - contributed assets have been approved.
• Deleted - removed from all.

NOTES There are two types of approval: automated - an example would be a postal code; manual - an example would be the review of a PDF.
